The process begins with a private consultation — unhurried, and without obligation. We will ask about how you travel, what you value, and what you are hoping to feel. You will leave with a clear sense of whether Elysian is the right fit.
If it is, we move forward. If it is not, we will say so honestly. We ask the same of you.

Our Investment Structure
These fees are confirmed before any booking begins and are non-refundable. They are not booking fees. They are the cost of having everything handled before you think to ask.
Per Journey

A single trip, managed from the first conversation through to your return home. Every detail considered. Every arrangement confirmed.
The cost of your actual travel — flights, hotels, and experiences — is separate, and settled directly or through us depending on the arrangement.

Annual Membership
$15,000
Unlimited journey planning
The natural arrangement for clients who travel three or more times a year — and who prefer to make one relationship, not one booking at a time.
Clients who travel three or more times a year will find the annual membership the more considered investment.
What We Ask of You
Our fees reflect years of knowledge, access, and relationship — not hours spent searching the internet.
The more honestly you share your preferences and constraints, the better we can serve you. Reasonable notice makes the difference.
We will occasionally recommend something different from what you had in mind. This is not indifference — it is experience speaking.
We are at our best when we know you — really know you. That takes time, and it takes mutual respect.
