Elysian is a private travel coordination service. We manage every dimension of a journey on your behalf — from the first conversation to your return home.

This includes curated itinerary design, hotel and villa arrangements, private aviation and ground transportation, restaurant reservations, exclusive experiences, VIP airport handling, event coordination, and around-the-clock support throughout your travels. The work is discreet, personally handled, and draws on relationships that are not accessible through conventional channels.

A travel agent books what you ask for. We design what you actually want — often before you have fully articulated it yourself. The difference is the depth of involvement, the quality of access, and the continuity of relationship.

We manage your journey as a single uninterrupted flow, not a sequence of bookings.

We work with a select number of clients — individuals, families, and private groups for whom access, discretion, and seamless execution are the only consideration.

We do not work with everyone who enquires. A brief conversation is how we determine whether the fit is right, for both sides.

Every engagement begins with a private consultation — a single conversation in which we come to understand how you travel, what you value, and what you are hoping to feel.

From there, we design a detailed itinerary and investment estimate for your review. Once approved, we handle everything.

Three. In our experience, that is sufficient for any itinerary to reach the standard it should be. Should your vision shift beyond that, we will advise on any additional considerations with full transparency.

Once your journey begins, our support is available around the clock. No matter where in the world you are, someone is always reachable.

Openness, reasonable notice, and trust. The more honestly you share your preferences and constraints, the better we can serve you. We ask that itineraries be reviewed promptly, and that any change in plans be communicated as early as possible.

We invest seriously in every client relationship. We ask for the same in return.

All fees are confirmed before any booking begins and are non-refundable.

They are not booking fees. They cover the design of your itinerary, the management of every arrangement, the access our relationships make possible, and the assurance that someone exceptional is overseeing every detail.

The cost of your actual travel — flights, hotels, experiences — is separate and settled directly or through us, depending on the arrangement. A client who travels three or more times a year will find the annual membership the more natural arrangement — and the more considered investment.

If your plans shift after bookings are confirmed, we advocate on your behalf with our partners. Most changes can be accommodated. Where provider policies impose fees, we will advise you clearly before proceeding.

In the event of a cancellation, we work to minimise any fees imposed by airlines, hotels, and other providers. Our own fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, always with your interests considered.

With complete discretion. Your details, preferences, and itineraries are never shared beyond what is necessary to execute your arrangements.

We regard your privacy not as a compliance requirement but as a fundamental part of the service.

We coordinate on your behalf across a network of independent providers — airlines, hotels, experience operators, and others. While we hold every partner to a high standard, we are unable to accept liability for losses or incidents that arise in the course of travel.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every journey. We are pleased to advise on appropriate coverage.

Elysian was founded by Konstantinos "Kostas" Bastas — a luxury travel professional with a decade of leadership at Travel Leaders Group, including as Senior Director of Business Development for the Hotel Division.

Raised in Manhattan. Master's in Hospitality from New York University. Based in Newport Beach, California. Particular expertise in luxury Greece, with a client roster spanning four continents. Every journey is personally overseen by Kostas and his team.
