Rules of Engagement for Elysian Travel Group, an Affiliate of Global Travel Collection
Welcome to Elysian Travel Group! We are committed to providing you with exceptional travel planning and concierge services to ensure your trips are seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Please review the following rules of engagement to understand how we work together to create your perfect travel experiences.
1. Service Fees
- Per Trip Fee: $2500 per trip.
- Annual Fee: $7500 per year, which covers unlimited trip planning services within the year.
- Airline Ticket Issuance: $100 per ticket.
- Special Assistance Request (service animal, etc.): $250 per request.
All fees are nonrefundable.
2. Scope of Services
Our travel concierge services include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized travel itineraries
- Hotel and accommodation bookings
- Transportation arrangements (flights, rental cars, transfers, etc.)
- Restaurant reservations
- Activity and excursion planning
- Special event coordination
- Travel insurance quotes
- 24/7 support during your travels
3. Initial Consultation
Each new client engagement begins with a consultation to understand your travel preferences, interests, and requirements. This helps us tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
4. Planning and Booking Process
- Trip Planning: After the initial consultation, we will present you with a detailed itinerary and budget estimate for your approval.
- Booking: Upon your approval of the itinerary, we will proceed with making all necessary bookings and arrangements.
- Payment: Full payment for the trip fee is required before we commence booking. For annual fee clients, the annual fee must be paid upfront.
- Revisions: You are entitled to three revisions per trip. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Communication
- We will maintain regular communication with you throughout the planning process to ensure all your preferences are met.
- Our team is available via phone, email, and messaging apps for your convenience.
- During your trip, we provide 24/7 support to handle any issues or last-minute changes.
6. Changes and Cancellations
- Changes: Any changes to the itinerary requested by the client after bookings have been made may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the changes and any cancellation policies of the service providers.
- Cancellations: In case of cancellations, we will work with you to minimize any cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Refunds for our service fees will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding your travel preferences and requirements.
- Review and approve the proposed itineraries and budgets promptly.
- Inform us of any changes to your travel plans as soon as possible.
8. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Your personal details, travel preferences, and itineraries will be handled with the utmost discretion and privacy.
9. Liability
While we strive to provide the highest level of service, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during your travels. Our role is to facilitate and coordinate your travel plans, and we rely on third-party service providers for many of the arrangements.
